"This place has been consistently unreliable. For starters, the receptionist Alecia Is very rude, she is dismissive and disrespectful. She made it obvious that she put us on the backburner and chose not to submit my orientation appointment when she relayed to me that she would. Two weeks later, I call to follow up she chose to dismiss her responsibility. Claiming no fault for her mistake. Then there was a call set up with Michael Flores between myself and my lawyer, it was scheduled at 9:45. I receive an email just before stating he is running behind. No biggie, however here we are at 10:15 still no call. I call the office 8 times before I am able to get ahold of someone, once again is rude Alecia. I express that my lawyer is awaiting the call and there is potential I am going to have to pay for it her response was "yep, so." This place being a space impressing they care about the mental health of others seems pretty dismissive and disrespectful of their potential clients."

She has also worked with us as parents to help us be better communicators and sounding boards for our kids. "Brooke DeLuna was assigned as a court appointed counselor for my children, and I could not be more pleased. Initially I was a little apprehensive, as I had no idea what to expect. I continue to be more impressed by Brooke with every session. She is extremely professional, but also kind and caring. Most importantly, she was able to quickly build a relationship and gain my children’s’ trust. My children have been to other counselors in the past, however, I have never found one that has shown such true concern for their well-being.
