"This company is a joke. I am constantly being charged for 3,4,5 appointments at once only to be told “ oh sorry we never submitted to insurance” why is their billing department not doing their jobs correctly. Extremely frustrating. On top of that was charged a $135 no show fee. I understand the company has their policies, however they show ZERO grace for their clients. I see an individual and a couples therapist with this company. I have NEVER been late to an appointment thus far. However I am 20min late to an 8a appointment and ask if I can continue the rest of the session- get told no. Then get charged a $135 fee. Not to mention the session before this one of my therapists cancelled 2hrs prior to the appointment and prior to that appointment he went on leave for 6 weeks. So I had not seen him in 2 months at this point. Did they care about my inconvenience with all of this? Absolutely not. But after almost a years worth of appointments they RUFUSE to work with me on the late fee. They do NOT care about their clients. They are money hungry. - Thriveworks I have spoken to numerous employees to get this late fee removed to no success. So please do not reply to this comment stating that you guys want to make things right and to please send an email. Because I have already and have gotten NOWHERE."
