"This company is a very unprofessional company. They are receiving money from Medicare and Medicaid to get so many elderly people to and from life sustaining appointments. They are next to never on time and leave elderly people outside of the appointments for hours at a time. When you call for explanations, they’re rude and they lie about why they were not picked up. This is no way to treat anyone and they should be closed down. I wouldn’t recommend any elderly going with this company."
"8/18/23 Fri. This afternoon was almost like my Monday but worse, as I didn't get picked up today and was called last minute to tell me that?? It was around 1:19pm when I called them and it had been 20 minutes on hold waiting I was 7th in line. It was 1:46 when I spoke to someone and she let me know that no one would be picking me up but if I wanted a return trip?? I thought if you can't come to pick me up on time how are you gonna make a return trip I might get left overnight?? Again I was late for my appointment I needed to be at the clinic at 1:45pm as my appointment was at 2p?? I had to pay a cab to bring me and I got here at 2:19pm so now I have to pay $25 and a reschedule for another day, came all the way over here to have to go home??? What I want to know why make a reservation for a pickup if they are not going to pick you up on time?? Why do you over book? And why do you call at the last minutes? Maybe whoever runs this service needs to be a patient and make the phone calls and ask for a pickup and then wait and not get picked up? Or be told we can pick you up but we don't have a return trip for you call days later to check and see if you can be picked up and taken home?? People call you because they can no longer drive, do You know it feels to not be able to drive anymore and allow some stranger to take you or they don't show up? Maybe there needs to be a shake up of this company as what happened to me and I'm very new to this I've only used it or twice but really once today I was canceled? There has to be a change on how to handle these calls and reserve pickups? Why make a reservation if with a patient if your not going to honor it, your wasting there time and yours. I hope something get done as this needs to improve"
"Zero stars, Not Veteran Friendly, Not disabled person friendly, needs to go out of business since they lack the skills to transport patients in a timely manner and in accordance with state and Federal policies. Call center, long wait times, disconnection after being on hold for over 30 minutes. When connected they don’t understand what is being said and repeat inaccurate info. Drivers drive reckless and unsafe. Drive past me on several occasions. Driver said they were from Kerville heading out. Project and blame the information on the manifest being the patients fault. Rude, argumentative, projecting their dislike for their company. Pick up times exceed an hour. Margret made excuses and said they are not a military company and do not have protocol. She said the driver had a long day and did the best he could when I reported the dangerous activity. Texas a veterans Network should not have a contract with them."
