"They had me call them to set up a day for delivery. Then they had me call them to confirm a timeframe. I scheduled my day with 3 babies around them. They call me within the delivery window to say they’re not going to make it to us and that I need to call to reschedule. I call to reschedule and speak to the most unhelpful and unsympathetic person who unfortunately doesn’t know the answer to any of my questions while I try to figure out the next day I can receive my delivery. The only option for me is that I be available from 9am-5pm, which is a full working day that I’m supposed to sit around waiting for them. Very frustrated that now I’ll be waiting an additional 4 days to get my delivery that I’ve been needing. Really wish I could receive it today as originally planned."

"Do not use this company. I purchased an brand new OEM car hood in Florida and had it shipped to body shop in San Antonio, Tx. Box was found damaged on arrival. Body shop examined hood with delivery driver present per sellers instructions and found several dents and a large crease in hood that was consistent with the damage to the box. Delivery driver told body shop he was not taking item back and I needed to file claim with the seller/shipper and left. Total b.s."

"Extremely poor company to work with. Damaged an extremely rare and expensive hood and refuses to be liable or pay for their damages even though terminal admitted to it. I paid and showed proof of that."

"This is a nightmare of a company. Absolutely terrible customer service. They delivered my appliance to the WRONG address (billing address), when I called them about it, they said it was a home depot issue, did not care to help at all. Called Home Depot corporate and they confirmed the delivery address and called the company directly to rectify it… The company went so far as to LIE about me signing for the appliance! I have cameras and no one signed for it! No one was even home! They left it in the middle of the driveway. When Home Depot asked them to correct it, they refused to go back. Everyone makes mistakes and what a trash attitude to have to not try and rectify such a big one. I now have to figure out a way to get this stove to the correct address."

"My cabinet order was originally scheduled for 6/19 between 1pm-5pm. I called in the morning to verify my order was on the trailer (as instructed by the very nice woman that answers all calls). At 4:30pm I called the local office and was informed that they had called the driver back around 1pm because he was I’ve Ron his hours, and would need to reschedule. Had I not contacted the company, I would have had no idea my delivery was not coming. Ok, fine. Stuff happens. Fast forward to 6/22 (new delivery date). I’m scheduled for 5-6pm (to make sure my husband and I are both born to receive delivery). Get a call from my daughter that the driver is ringing the door bell (did not call 30 minutes prior to arriving as promised). I immediately call dispatch and they agree that they will come back at the designated time. When I reached out to the driver (who was supposed to call me back) all he knows is he was to take the trailer back. I call dispatch again, and they assure me it will be delivered by another driver later today. The set ins delivery of the day did arrived on time, but all items were damaged. I signed the form, but kept it with me as we were unpacking. He called his supervisor while my husband and I were unwrapping and inspecting, and was instructed to leave immediately. At the time we noticed damage to 3 cabinets out of 12. The driver put one cabinet, and I made him correct it (still unpacking). He left while most cabinets were still wrapped. After everything was unwrapped, we notice damage to 11 cabinets, 4-5 with severe damage or manufacturing flaws. Very unhappy to say the least. I feel the driver should have waited for us to inspect, especially considering the largest of the packaged items was obviously damaged before ot left the truck. The fact that he was told by his superior to leave before we could finish checking out the items says that this company has no integrity. Now I have a driveway full of damaged/broken cabinets, and a whole mess of customer service calls to make. Do not use this company."
