"Horrible customer service rude employees from the inside offices to the drivers . These people if you can even agree that its humane to treat people the way they do, Ive witnessed VIA employees be unprofessional bully's with their buses road rage to speeding through school zones ive seen every traffic violation riding their "service" there has been drinking and drugs on buses with fights and altercations none of which the driver care about because I haven t seen the drivers lift a finger to it least call the Police they'll refuse or just turn the other way. Even the "supervisors" are rude and think they are police and the public puts complaint after complaint and now changes seen; this entity put out surveys and still no changes sad business. I've also read and seen drivers not wait for anyone to sit before abruptly taking off not just children elderly and disabled persons ive seen them and heard them complain about 'another wheelchair pick up' sad"

"I am on bus #706 at 3:40 pm on 7/28/2012 and this bus driver just took off before my 2 year old could sit down. He made her fall and hurt herself. I know for a fact that your bus drivers are not supposed to take off until babies are seated safely. What kind of people are you hiring because so many of your bus drivers are so disrespectful and don't even know how to drive. I gave 2 stars because I appreciate public transportation and the fa t that we do have some good drivers. Your motto says customer service but where are all the polite and courteous drivers at?? It's a hard time getting the economy back up where it was and so many of us that want to contribute to that need to use public transportation but this just makes it worse. I hope you will correct this driver and he will improve for the sake of the children that board this bus."
