"This company should NOT be in business. I would give them NO stars if I could. I was supposed to have my delivery on Oct 5th, they called that day and told me they wouldn't be able to deliver my washer and dryer. They wanted to schedule out another MONTH. After speaking with Samsung management XPO guaranteed they would deliver on the 14th of October. I got a text message the day before saying it would be delivered between 4p-8p. I called and confirmed today as well. THEN at 6pm, they called and said that the drivers couldn't get to my washer and dryer in the truck because XPO canceled 6 other orders so they couldn't deliver my stuff.... and oh guess what now the drivers get off work 2 1/2 hours early.... SO UNPROFESSIONAL... They shouldn't be in business with these practices. It is beyond me how anyone could still be getting contracts with big companies like Lowes, Home Depot, Samsung, and Sams when they have HORRIBLE business practices."
"If you have a very high value load to ship you better find some other company to ship with each roll of this copper left the place we bought it from in boxes and stacked on three pallets and wrapped….this is what happened when xpo got done with it"
