"Bad customer service. I have being asked to wait on delivery four different days for more than 3 hours on each day. I called the corporate office on Friday and they put the local office representative on the phone, he asked me to choose a day and a time frame, I did gave them a Monday and time frame but nobody showed up. I called and they said the drive is on his way. I waited from 9am to 11:48am and no delivery happened"
"Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and VERY unorganized. The shipment we have being delivered is very time sensitive and we have received absolutely no information or help whatsoever throughout the process. We’ve only been put off and been told someone will contact us, which no one ever has! I had to call and finally get a local phone number. The UPS Freight woman here in San Antonio is absolutely ridiculous and claims to have called and left us messages which she has NOT. I called 3 different times and was told that I would be receiving a call to set up an appointment. Never received any phone calls. Not to mention, when I called they said that they added our emails to the account as well. Never received any emails either. I called this morning and they say that we can’t even pick the packages up today because “they’re not supposed to be there today” when the packages were supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. Now, we have to go pick up 430 pounds in packages ourselves and over 3 days late at that!! Avoid these incompetent people and this facility at all cost."
"The shipment was late but arrived at the depot on Thursday. It was not delivered on Friday or on Monday. I called and the lady in Georgia said the people in San Antonio didn't have my telephone number to set a delivery appointment. I asked why they didn't look in the phone book. She said the Shipper was supposed to supply it. I said I will give it to you and you can give it to them. She took it and said they would call me sometime between 9:30 and 3:30 to set an appointment. Now I am waiting on the call but expect to be told that it will take another day of two for delivery. They have terrible customer service!"
"I paid a premium for curbside delivery (with a lift gate) to a residential address. The delivery window made for Friday afternoon came and went with no word. The online tracking feature stated that a delivery would be made on the "next business day." Nobody bothered to contact me to set up delivery so by Wednesday I called them to check on status and was told that they had attempted to deliver on Friday and that I was not home. I had in fact been home and nobody had come by. I asked for an address saying I would come by and fetch the 460 pound freight from their depot. They stated that this would not be possible since their notes did not indicate where the item was at that time. I stated that I needed the item urgently and asked that they call me back when they had it, no call. the next day when I called in I was told that the item would not be delivered until the company of origin approved a "second" delivery attempt. At this point I handed the case over to the company from which I purchased the item, A week had passed. Eventually on Tuesday 11 days after the original delivery date I got a call from the seller to say that UPS had after "fighting us on this" agreed to redeliver. UPS called and set up a 6 hour delivery window for Wednesday (9am to 3pm) was as specific as they could be. The next day they arrived with a tractor trailer with no tail gate. I had to manhandle the 460 pound cargo from the back of their trailer into the back of my truck. My advice would be to avoid this company if you possibly can. The wort customer service I have ever experienced with a staff who were obstructive and uncooperative."
