"Central Transport is very difficult to deal with if you ever need to speak with anyone. If I try to speak with my local servicing terminal, I am unable to do so. I have to talk with some general customer service that can "send a request" the local terminal. This request has a 0% chance of getting a reply or getting handled as requested. If you ever have to call them to trace a shipment or schedule a pickup, you will be on hold for 15-20 minutes. It is shockingly bad. They do have low rates but know what you are getting."

"If I could give it negative stars I would. I've had nothing but the run around with trying to pick up my shipment at WILL CALL. Manager at the San Antonio warehouse has been a complete jerk and NOT helpful! Customer Support had me on hold almost an hour. Corporate won't help just keeps transferring me to customer support. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN & DO NOT RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE!"
