"This is probably the worst experience I have ever encountered with a delivery company in 22 years of owning homes and purchasing appliances. KW International was contracted to exchange my dual door Samsung refrigerator. Delivery drivers were scheduled from 9 to 11 with a call prior to arrival. I did not receive the call prior to arrival. Immediately the delivery drivers tried to enter the home with the new unit instead of removing the old unit first. The drivers hit my door frame and as they did, I strongly advised that they remove the doors from the unit. There was no measuring prior to trying to enter. Having to remove the door irritated the driver. After entering the residence they decided to drag the unit almost 50 feet in my home in lieu of using a hand cart. As they began to transition from wood to tile, I advised them of the transition. They damaged it anyway. They then began to disassemble the existing unit and needed tools from me. As they disconnected the water line, they realized that they did not shut off the water and proceeded to shoot water all over my cabinets, walls and floors. I quickly shut off the water. I grabbed towels and began to clean up the water. The driver then tried to clean my walls with the dirty towels that were on the floor. I cleaned up the water and put fans on the walls to dry. I was then asked to provide a step stool as they could not reach the wiring on top of the fridge. They banged on the top of the fridge as they could not set the wiring in the proper place to close the cover. Once the fridge was set in place and the water worked, they handed me the bill of lading and asked me for a pen so that I can sign it. Now I have a damaged wood plate in my floor and a front door trim that needs to be repaired and painted. I called the company and all I heard was "I'm sorry, we are new at this type of delivery." I would avoid this organization at all costs."
