"Unsure the reason of the tense atmosphere at this location, but as per there order request the product to be shipped was not as described. Being a frieght forwarder they would understand proper dimensions are vital. As in every aspect of cartage, oversize anything needs to be disclosed as it has extra accommodations an sometimes fees. Unless your on purpose looking for a crooked deal. But I can't see a large company like this looking to take advantage, or take something for nothing. Have a great day."
