"I only do drop and hooks at this facility. The check-in process is average. Depending on what's available, the lot where they want you to drop your trailer can be tight. My only real complaint is that the guard that checked me in was a little bit of a jerk. He talked to me like I'm an idiot for not knowing their rules when they don't have any of their rules posted anywhere."

"Dispatch always tell me it’s a live unload but It’s always a drop n hook when I get there . Pull up to front of building , lady will come out and check seal and grab paperwork. Then she will give me a number for gate code to enter and drop trailer in back and I go across the street to pick up my empty and pull back to front of building so the lady can give me my BOLs . Easy in and out ."

"5 hours early, Not even enough time to exit truck! Live unload swapped to D&H! Met on the yard by Supervisor (in the rain), directed to rear drop area, handed BOLs and sent across the street to their MTY drop area for a new TRL and a nap. GREAT service and place. Thanks Jose'."

"Can’t give 1 star Supervisor need to change , Supervisor name genevieve cuelbar She’s lies . Said drop off trailer was 2 hour late. Then we call to the company checked the trailer come 30 minutes before then appointment ! fair the supervisor"

"This is 1 of the good Forward Airs in tx. Security and yard dogs are super friendly. Had to wait on my trailer to be emptied (we were about 36 hours early), this was on Saturday night (supposed to be there on Monday morning), security said it might be unloaded by Sunday night. Sunday about lunch the security guard drives over to the drop lot where we were parked waiting and brings us the paperwork, "you're all done", and then the yard dog even brought our trailer to us! Love coming down here!"
