"There's only 1 guy I like there. Whenever I deliver there it's either they help or they don't. They lost good mechanics to other companies. Other than that there always always busy."
"Been in the industry since 2006, driven for too many companies to list, however I have spent the last 5 here and wish I joined sooner! Great miles, run 3000-3500 miles week, more if you have time and want to keep running. I’m home every weekend! If you apply, let them know David Montgomery sent you! Email me for details."
"Normally I wait awhile before writing a review. But now on my second week as a driver I just have to say that this is a legit company. It's run very well and the pay is top I've ever seen in 8 years of driving. Believe me the first week out you'll see your check and you will be like wow this is definitely worth it. The only downside is that if you cannot make it into a yard to get DEF you got to buy enough at the pump to make it and then get reimbursed later. However, you will make enough money working here to pay that and then some. There is no glamour glass shock and awe period here like at other companies. No one sugar coats anything. The fleet managers are actually competent and knowledgeable and it's not micromanaged. Some reviews are mad about .50 CPM, but my first week out was a $1300 check with $1100 or so take home. I've met drivers who were able to achieve more than that and a lot of drivers here have been here for 10 years or more. You will get miles here. They do have freight and so far the longest I've sat is right now because I'm out of hours so it's like a day. Most of the stuff I've done is dedicated customers with drop and hooks or pickups from a terminal. This is already becoming the best company I have ever worked for. I had serious bad luck over the last year and went broke and now I see with this company I'll get back on my feet. Also the terminals have restrooms, microwaves, and vending. Some have showers and FREE laundry machines. The hiring process is very selective just as a caveat. They only want to hire the best they can get and they won't let you start until you have all current employment verified. This is a veteran friendly company that hires professionals with at least 24 months or more OTR. If that's you I say give them a shot. I'm very happy here and you actually get to meet the terminal managers and everything you will actually be working for them it's not like how some companies treat you like an outsider. Here at TNi you're welcomed from the start. Anyways if you have 24 months recent experience and your like me trying to find a good company to provide for your family than this is for you. Yes it is slip seated, but that could have its advantages if you need to be home more for your family, but if you want to stay out then you stay out. They don't just kick you off the truck because it's sleep seated. You can stay out and run. I hope this company continues to run and be operated the way it is right now. The owner is good and actually shows up to check out the terminals, I saw the owner my first day checking out the terminal. That indicates the owner actually cares about there business and I really respect that. My boss is cool, my fleet manager is amazing. I'm having a good time here. Sorry for the long review. I hope the info I gave will help you guys in deciding whether to come here or not. The equipment is also well kept and maintenance is excellent. When you inform them of an issue they get right on it. I look forward to my employment here and I hope it lasts for years to come. Great company that takes care of it's employees and gets the job done."
