"Staff was amazing. I had a mix up and was stuck during an ice storm. They handled everything for me after I made the appropriate calls. I believe the manager was Bali and he was so kind."

"First time there Customer service was great. Breakfast was great. Great lady’s that keep everything clean and organized in the breakfast area. Pool was dirty Needs a lil scrub daddy on the edges. Toilet in the room is too low. Other then that it was a great lil get away for our lil family!!"

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The room was pure disgust. Poop on the wall and curtain, smelled terrible. When I mentioned that it was gross the manager said " I personally checked it for you" which is either a lie or he can't see or smell. We got an aggressive pink eye after this trip and while I can't prove it was the hotel I'm disgusted thinking about it! Why did we continue to say there you may ask because it was one of the only hotels in the area that allowed dogs. Save yourself! This was a NIGHTMARE!"

"Great Customer Service, walked in an felt welcomed right away. Staff was friendly throughout the stay. Breakfast was good each morning. Rooms were clean, yes doors might have to be replaced here soon, since they look older, but what hotel doesnt have something. Location is great, not far from restaurants, arcade places, zoo.. etc. Pool is nice and warm, not to cold for the kids. Overall, I recommend this place!"

"Wonderful room and a nice breakfast. The room was a king suite. A previous guest had forgotten their child's clothes in one of the drawers. The fact that this was missed by those cleaning was a little concerning but it wasn't a problem for us . The overall review for the room was a 98 the cleaning was 75."
