"When I walked into the store I was greeted by a familiar face her name is Ashley. I asked her if I can get some help for links to be removed from 4 watches I bought online from Kohl's 40% Mystery. Ashley proceeded and called Magali Supervisor she's the EXPERT in removing links from watches. She carefully and efficiently took the links off to fit my wrist. She's great with a smile for each one she did and fit perfectly! As I was leaving Asia the cashier was polite and asked me if I needed anything else. It seems to me for the most part each and every Associate at KOHL's is always willing to help wether you need or not. Very great presentation with coming in from the front entrance to Customer Service taking care of the customers for Kohl's returns to Amazon returns to orders from online pickups. Christmas is right around the corner I hope if they need more help they get it. We wouldn't want consumers going elsewhere. Thank you Team!"

"Not a large selection. Shelves looking empty in the back of the store. Also it's too hot. Use temp control. No one likes to sweat and shop. The line is crazy. Self checkout is a thing."
