"Overall this has been a good experience. The kids are having a ball and the manager did an excellent job at service recovery. Our party room was more than big enough for our party size, the food was decent and the adults enjoyed the bar. Our party attendant wasn't very attentive though. She brought our food and drinks, but I had to serve them and we had to look for her for refills. She came for us to pay that bill though! I am used to the party attendant keeping us on task and since she wasn't around we didn't even sing Happy Birthday before we got kicked out of the room because I forgot. We had issues with the cards that came with the party working, but the manager fixed that right away no problem. They also charged a $100 service fee on top of the per child amount and tax that was not gratuity and the manager couldn't tell me what it was for so I thought that was a bit greedy. But ultimately, I would recommend this facility. It was a good time."

Highlights: fun for everyone 2 & up + All/most of the arcade games work + soooooo much seating + so much space + no long waits + discount if you go early (we paid $20 for 4 hrs of unlimited attractions + bar with TVs + delicious pizza + friendly staff + free refills on non alcohol drinks My only complaint is that there was nothing from my 1 yr old to do. But I recommend 100%"
