"Booked a counseling with Belinda on Monday for Tuesday at 11am. I get a call from them on Tuesday asking questions about my session and recommended me to see another physician from their own facility but at a later date. I explained to them the situation and that i would prefer to be seen today at my schedule time which was 11am. The receptionist told me that she was going to see what she could do and that she would return my call. I get a call from them at 10:30 am that they therapist had an emergency and had to reschedule all of her appointments. I find this very unprofessional from their part. It is very difficult to find a therapist right away while your feelings and emotions are when you most need them."

"Beware: Notice all other 5 star reviews were made right after I posted mine (i made this edit) Front desk girl was nice and professional. What a horrible experience ! If u are referred here aviod Counselor CRYSTAL. Has a very bad attitude and she was not nice to me or the front desk girl, did not make me feel welcome or comfortable talking to her. Her facial expression looked annoyed . Insted of nicely asking me questions she made me feel stupid for coming. Even her attire was un professional, had faded pink hair, jeans, a graphic tshirt and crocks. I have been to counseling before and have not experienced anything like this. Not even when working with student counselors at a university. Counseler should be welcomeing, empathetic, and friendly. Your about to share personal information with them. And you shouldn't feel like ur talking to a professional not an annoyed teenager."
