"Incompetent drivers can't read highway signs. The worst"
"Alliance does try their best. Only 1 small incident last year (2017). 3 alliance tickets that I never got paid from customers, scott mckroskey & the other one i don't remember (2 customers because 2 tickets had to be made...1 at L.S. 1 at D.S.) The job was cancelled due to material being unacceptable at dumpsite (not my drivers fault) so dumpsite sent them back to loadsite & loader/foreman signed them a 4 hour minimum & reassured them they were gonna get paid. When tickets were submitted to Alliance they were rejected because Mckroskey refused to acknowledge them....Alliance dumped the fault on one of their dispatchers which no longer works for them. OPINION: As a professional courtesy at least 2 hours minimum should've been paid. The trucks did get loaded, drove to dumpsite, waited there until the matter was resolved, job ended up being cancelled, drove back to L.S. and ended up loosing more than 3 hrs. Because the dispatcher no longer works for alliance is of no relevance Since it was an Alliance employee at that time that was incharge of dispatching. I volunteered to speak to anyone from mckroskey but Alliance refused to give me a contact # which I understand. I have customers of my own, BUT in my behalf when a matter like this arises and my customers won't or refuse to step up to give some compensation to my Independents Then I as a business person have to make a decision and come up with a solution that might bring satisfaction to all parties...because ultimatelly I will need their help (independents) in future projects. Enough said Go write a book with that"
