"I will take this down once they return my friend car keys that they have found on the bus. They keep giving her the run around for her car keys. The bus was horrible and things came up missing in my bag on the bus. I really think once we got off the bus the driver went through our things because once we got on the bus things were touched and missing that I know I left on the bus and no way it could have moved the way I had them. Very suspicious and shady. My cousin was sitting in the back and water was leaking from the ac on her back and her outfit. The floors were horrible. I feel bad after this event because I invited my friend and her stuff came up missing and they won’t return her stuff. They not even trying to help."

"Bus broke down during a wine tour. Stranded in the middle of nowhere. AC was broken to begin with…trash company."

"The party bus we ordered was switched 2 times upon arrival leaving confusion with calls to multiple drivers, wrong bus, and was 25 minutes late.. Also the bus was absolutely disgusting. We had 10 5th grade kids going on a birthday party trip and this bus looked like it just left a bachelor party. Spilled drinks, trash, gum, hand prints on everything. Radio didn't work for 1/2 the trip, tv never worked, and it was rattling so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you. Bus needs to go to the scrap yard. They offered a 100 credit. DO NOT hire these people."

"Trash of a company. Set an event up 3 weeks in advance and called 4 or 5 times before the event to verify everything was in order and I was assured things were in order. They called 30 minutes before to tell me they made a mistake and the party buss would not be here. I had 30 people dressed up and at dinner already for this party. I wouldn’t ever use this company"

"Terrible company & customer service. My friend booked them for an event, but they overbooked so we were left without any transportation to celebrate all of the riders coming together to bring gifts that would go to Toys For Tots. The customer service rep/owner, Sheldon whomstever, was incredibly rude & acted as if the person who reserved the bus & had been checking on the bus for over a month, should just get over it. He & we will not be using this company ever again & I hope they know what kind of inconvenience they have created for an event that was intended for a good cause. Go to hell, disrespectfully."
