"There are two businesses in this location. They are Quest Auto Group and Ayat Logistics. The following is talking about Quest Auto Group. The owner is Iyad. My husband and I own a 26 feet box truck. We left the truck here to repair the engine sound. In the beginning, the owner told us that it would cost about $1500-1800, and only needed two weeks for it. After more than three months, he asked us for $7700, and the truck is not repaired. He said that his mechanics doesn’t know what is the issue, and they don’t want to do anything for us any more, just pay him the money and bring our truck to other mechanic to fix it. In other words, since September, 2022, we left my truck to him, we wasted five months, and the truck still has engine issues. So, we have to pay so much time and money for their unprofessional service. My truck is valued $45000. Right now it values $12000 because of this company’s fantastic work!!! In addition, we have to close our business because we don’t have the truck for five months. If you think this risk for you is nothing, welcome to this mechanic! See you in the court, Iyad! "As a broker my company with not use them again. Hamden just told me what I wanted to hear to book the high paying partial that was supposed to be an add on to an already existing full load to ensure quick delivery but it ended up being a lie cause on the day of delivery Hamden told me that he was picking up and delivering stuff working his way up aka ltl'ing it. Now on the 4th day after delivery is due my materials still haven't shown up at delivery and I have gotten zero response what so ever from Ayat despite my many calls and emails. Blacklisting them from hauling loads for my company and all companies affiliated with them in this day and age with how critical and fickle customers can be stuff like this is not acceptable."
