L&J Nail

"Complete waste of my time.. I was a first time customer i called one day earlier to schedule appointment, they said they dont take appointments like what kind of nail salon doesn’t take appointments its a joke. I went there the next day i waited 1hour to sit on a chair. While i was waiting 2 ladies that came after me sat down before me.. i decided to let go and wait. Every time i asked them they were saying little more little more wasting my time. After 1hour it was my turn i showed her what kind of nails i want and she started doing them horrible i said i dont like them she got mad and started yelling at me. Am i not allowed to say i dont like them??? she took of everything she did and said im not doing it for you. So i waited 1 hour for nothing. I dont understand their behavior, its a business and its unprofessional to treat a customer like that. She didn’t even tried to make up or to make it better she just said “ i make them like that” Save your money and go somewhere where they treat you right. Unfortunately alot of Asian places are like this and just not worth it. Also inside its very dirty, no music, no atmosphere, smells and its old."
