"Very very upset that the truck I rented was empty (empty warning light was on). Fortunately I noticed it after we loaded the truck, but before getting on the highway. Had I not, I would have run out of gas. Put some gas in your trucks before you rent them out, or at least let the customer know."

"All I can say is if you need rental equipment go see Jeremy at this location. We needed a motorcycle trailer on a very short notice and also on a Sunday. Found a U-haul closer to where we were at, but after being told they could help us and a 30 minute wait we found out they didn't have the trailer they thought they did. Because this Berry St. location was closer to our final destination, and the trailer would need to be returned to the same location, I tried here. Jeremy knew right away they did have what we needed and made the reservation, said he would be ready when we got there. Upon arrival, some forty miles later, this little location was very busy. Jeremy again was taking care of multiple lines on two different terminals and still acknowledging everyone coming and going. Because of the wait you could tell there was some frustrations of other customers, but he would also pick up on that a defuse the situation usually just by quick discussion or joke, but it seemed to work. We were also ill-prepared for the rental but Jeremy took the time to make sure we had what we needed and helped us again with the correct ball size. He took care of everyone waiting and got us underway in pretty good time. We were able to use and return in the same day and this same guy was there with the same demeanor, jokes and can do attitude even though they were busy and trying to close for the day. Really appreciate this guy, the experience and highly recommend them for your moving needs."

"This is prob my 4th or 5th time using this location, including a hitch install. Jeremy and the team there are always so excellent. They have made things work for me that I didn't plan for and he is always a smiling face and a no problem kinda attitude. Somehow always just looks happy to be there and puts my mind at ease when I see him on shift . Moving anything is always stressful, but it makes it a lot easier when you have a reliable transportation option. Thanks to the team here at Berry"

"The employees were very unmotivated to help. They sat in their chairs and basically made me do everything for the trailer rental. Upon returning the trailer they once again made me do everything, in comparison to the Alta mere location that unhooked the trailer, put it in its parking spot and checked me in all while I was sitting in my truck. This location “forgot” or refused to check my trailer in on the day I returned and scanned it in the next day effectively charging me double. I’m still working with corporate to get the refund for the second day despite dropping the trailer off on the same day of pickup and use."

"Good people to deal with. Helped out a ton on which truck to use and got us into the right one for moving appliances. We're quick and nice. Truck was clean, easy to drive and fuel efficient! I couldn't say enough about this location being great!!! I will be a return customer to them!"
