"The good: crinkle fries and chocolate shake. The bad: everything else. Read on for more. The crinkle fries were hot and good. The meat on my sandwich looked and tasted funny. It was cold and rubbery. I did not eat thnasty sandwich. The mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. The chocolate shake tasted good. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. When I first walked in the door, there was a strange odor. I couldn't place it. I use the word odor because aroma makes it sound good. That should have been my first clue to leave. I begrudgingly ordered.. and waited... and waited for cold food, aside from the fries. Hell, I'd have taken it as it was ready instead of letting it sit and get cold. Super disappointed. I will not be back at this location."

"I got Arby's last night... I got a wrap & it was extremely dry. You could tell the chicken was old. I only ended up eating half of it, but that's not the worst part. Now I'm up at 2:30am with stomach cramps and you know what else. Usually this wouldn't bother me because hey it happens... But I'm pregnant & bad food could potentially hurt my baby...."
