Because they fail to fix the problem or terminate the people who don't deserve to have a CDL . Rude drivers and rude personel does not make a good company. I would never recommend for anyone to work for these people ever . . People really should read reviews before starting with companies they just arent sure about . Recruiter Ronnie is pushy and rude as well Carrie is just the same . You people lack communication. Maybe y'all should have went through classes before opening a business.
