"The worst company I’ve ever had the opportunity to be a service provider for they are crooked and lie and dispute regular invoices that were clearly approved and legit they just find you service and pay that company to fix your truck and then only pay them what they want and more then likely charge you that same amount they disputed and knocked few hundred off invoice you performed work for and pay you what they feel they should basically and then mark that up his knows how much Accounting and Vendor services are a sad department to have to deal with especially being a Vendor or service provider only could image what they put company’s through will definitely tell any of my customers ..aka Drivers my opinion first hand about TTN. And warn them to turn and go elsewhere surprised there even the. 3 ⭐️that they are would have gave a no star but was forced to click at least one lol"

Then tell me what they will and won’t pay . Bottom of the barrel company! I wasted my time and valuable resources , that could have been working locally ! Never again!"

"All I can say is Thank you Jesus for this place of business. I was in Maine at a rest stop off I95 in Kennebunk. Got up to turn my truck on and my battery was dead. I called 9 different companies to see if I could get a jump start but unfortunately no one jumpstarts semi’s or box trucks. One business did but was 45 minutes away and charge $185 an hour plus tolls and fuel surcharge. So I called Progressive Insurance and got a work order going. Something happened with the work order but that’s okay because my reps were so nice and displayed nothing but patience and concern and was trying to resolve my issue. Long story short, they had someone to me within 1 hour. The guy was so very very nice! I just wish I had some cash money to tip him because he was just a blessing to me you don’t even understand. It had been raining all day and cold in the truck. He got my truck started and those heated seats kicked in immediately. So thank you for great customer service and patience and reliability. I would recommend their services for people looking for great customer service without the rude attitudes. Truck is back running!! Again thank you so much!!"
