"Completely useless!!! We had one of their units and the batteries died and we had no idea, then the vehicle was stolen so I paid for 3 years of service for nothing"
"Unfortunately the reason I had this was for the ability to track a vehicle and the devices constantly failed to send signals. They replaced a device and I had hopes this would resolve the issue but it didn't and of course the timing of the failure corresponded to when I actually needed the device tracking to be working. They provided a small credit but the loss on what I needed it for was far more costly. Edited my review as they did work to try and make it right by giving credit for months service was inoperable."
"I would not recommend this service. The sales person that sold me the service said They would wave the activation cost, the monthly charge would be $29.95 per month. The first bill I received had an activation fee of $126.00 tacked on after I had already given the sales person, Lori Byce, my credit card info. She told me she would take care of that charge, but that has never happened. I was also told that I would be able to get hold of a person if I had any problems. The only people that answer their phone is the sales staff. This has been going on for over 6 months. No one answers their call or returns my calls. I call at least 3 times a month and always the same results. I did get to talk to an account manager one time and told her of the problem and she was to call me back. I have not heard from her since. I do not know how good the trackers are as I have never installed them because of this billing issue. The only reason I give one star is because it would not let me post without any stars. Evidently service is not a priority with company."
"-Billing and accounting is terrible. Charges whatever and super hard to get a hold of to fix anything. -GPS devices constantly lose connection in town and have to be unplugged. Have switched these out more than 5 times with them on multiple devices. -Tons of false alerts. -Sales sold "Cloud Camera System" thats pretty much vaporware.. Does not function like its sold to you. Cant pull video and have to reach support to have this happen. (This happened when we of course needed it for an accident we got into) No in cab alerts as marketed. In cab was also pushed back to Q2 2022 and nothing ever happened. No live streaming. No in cab audio recording as marketed. No access to camera system via Rhino Fleet app as marketed and pushed back to Q3 2022. -Was bought out by GPS Insights last year. -Support is hard to get a hold of with the maze of telephone options. -This is just the tip of the iceberg in issues for us with Rhino Fleet after 5+ years of using them. -Support team does try to do their best but not empowered to make any decisions and have to ask someone constantly. Pretty much a circus when you try and get a hold of sales and support."
"I have been a Rhino customer since before they were bought out by GPS Insight. Since GPS Insight bought them out, the customer service and billing has gone out the window. They charge whatever the want whenever they want. They changed their warranty and their customer service is horrible. Ultimately, we cancelled our services and went with another company because I do not have the time to argue with them. Now, after I have canceled and am owed a refund, they are continuing to charge my card on file. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank yet they are still charging me every other week. I am writing this review in hopes that this gets through to someone that can actually help me. I have gotten my bank involved and informed them multiple times that I do not authorize further charges yet Rhino/GPS insight keeps fraudulently charging my card. Do not do business with this overpriced crooked company."
