"So my car got picked up, even though Ibset up payment arrangements, but that really wasn't the issue, when I asked Omar where my car was he said he would tell me once I made the payment in full. So I wasn't able to get anything out the car, We get to Lubbock Auto auction & there detailing my car, So when we get the car Back I notice that the money & change that was in the console was gone, my husband said that there was about 60.00 in green & another 30.00 in change, we also had windshield wipers that that were 30.00 each that were bought from Post auto repair shop, there was some heavy duty jumper cables for big vehicles missing, So when I called Lubbock auto auction & told her what happened she laughed, & said that they didn't take anything out, & that I need to talk to Red Raider Wrecking cause they picked up the car. Red raider wrecking said I needed to call the bank. After several calls & voice-mail, today Omar returned my call. I explained to him what happened & who was gonna reimburse us, he said that what I mentioned was on Red raiders inventory list & that it's he say she say & he has to side with Red raider. So he called me a liar...I hung up & started my complaints."
