"I would suggest not dealing with MARY MATA!! I was told she was who I needed to speak to and she NEVER NEVER returns my calls or any of my email messages. I know she's retaliating because someone I knew there at one time she (MARY MATA) asked if "they" knew me, "they" said yes and since then she retaliated against that person, and I guess now against me! why I have no idea but I always ALWAYS have to ask for someone else to help me because she never does, she ignores me, but puts on a FAKE FRONT FACE! People who I know that are members there have also told me that they have a hard time getting her help! She's only there for a paycheck and NOT for the interest of customers, like Alliance says they stand for! She needs to be REPLACED with someone who will actually care and assist any and all customers/members!! SHE'S FAKE, too bad management doesn't see it!!! The way MARY MATA represents Alliance Credit Union is TERRIBLE! Also, had to go under another name because afraid she'll retaliate!!"
