"This facility is rude and unprofessional and is unclear about what paperwork is needed to be brought in and disrespectful to customers. If you make an appointment at 4:30 or come in at 4:30 be prepared to get guilted about how you’re there before closing and how they absolutely have to be out the door by 5. It’s like they’re completely unaware that normal people work for a living. Even if THEY SET UP THE APPOINTMENT WITH YOU IN PERSON."
