"My Primary care provider left unbeknown to me. I have called and tried to find someone in the Genesis system to take me on as a patient. One doctor isn't available until May, haven't heard back from the others, and one flat out told me to go back to urgent care even though he had an available time slot open which my old nurse tried to schedule. Thanks Brian D. Anderson, DO. I have a pressing medical issue and need to be seen and do not want to float from one urgent care to the other. Through no fault of my own, my PCP left, and now when I am in need of care, I am being turned away with a health issue that needs care, and most likely a recommendation for surgery that I don't feel comfortable getting from Urgent Care. Very disappointed."

"Love Dr Payden. He listens But the only reason I gave 4 stars is because of Dr Payden. Every time I call in there I get this lady that sighs and makes negative remarks that makes me think she don’t like her Job. I cringe when she comes on the phone. I even asked her once if she was feeling ok. Whine whine whine!!! Today my daughter called in to see if Dr Payden would see her. She got this same woman!(Germaine ) My daughter needed to see Dr because she has been so ill and has been in the ER dehydrated and stomach pain etc. Germaine answered. My daughter told her what was going on and how sick she’s been. She told me she was so angry. All this woman did was sigh and whine, saying “it has to be today”. That woman made her so mad. Like I said Dr Payden is great. He gets the 4 stars. The customer service lady gets none. I’ve lost 2 Drs there in a years time."

"This is where I go for all my gastro problems. They have satellite offices which make it alot better because I don't have to drive all the way up to the Quad cities. Dr.Rama is my Dr and she's the best! Knowledgeable kind compassionate and caring. I will always recommend Genesis Digestive Healthcare!"

"Doctors and NPs usually okay, but they leave quite frequently. My last Np left, I was scheduled to transfer care, then 2 days before my appointment they told me I could not be seen by that person. I found a new Dr/clinic because this was the 3rd not okay experience with Genesis, ran out of my high blood pressure med that if not taken could cause a heart attack, and I’m having a hard time getting a refill until I see my new Dr. This is patient neglect, putting my life, health and safety at risk."
