"My cousin goes often and says that he's alright but tends to talk about himself often. Which can be easy to fix just by speaking up but there has ALWAYS been an issue with scheduling for the next appointment. It's been a month,almost two since she has went. I'm thinking of just telling my cousin to find a new counselor rather than putting up with it. I honestly hope that they pick up their game. I'll come back and update after my cousin goes. I believe they can do better if they put effort into it."
"I'm writing in behave of my sister. She showed up to her appointment that his receptionist said was at 9AM but she failed to tell her that my niece was at 8AM. So when they arrived a little before 9AM someone in the office said he's in with a patient. Little did my sister know her daughter was supposed to be the 8AM patient. The receptionist gets in at 9AM but was late. So Mr.Aguilar blames my sister and told her to rechedule. He was very rude."
