"The ob department provides great personal service and care. That’s when you finally get into your appointment. 45 plus minute waits in the waiting room and exam room virtually every appointment which there are a lot of during pregnancy is ridiculous. They want you to get there early and then leave you waiting indefinitely. Our latest appointment was for 10:45. Went back at 10:50 and are still waiting at 11:35. We’ve heard our doctor see at least 2 other patients while waiting in our room. Why is there time valuable and ours isn’t?"

"My mom went in for a feeding tube and was released the following day. Her discharge papers were blank and she was sent home passing away the next morning. She complained she was in excruciating pain and the nurses did nothing. Her feeding tube was dislodged and her death certificate was undetermined stating highly unlikely caused by feeding tube. This hospital is horrible and should be liable for her death. The nurses were rude to her as well. We deserve to know what happened to her."

"My father was left in the waiting room for over 2 hrs in the emergency department with chest pain and other issues and told the nurse this even though I saw that they had a couple of rooms open yet they didnt want to do anything and do their jobs by taking care of there patients. They should not be treating anybody like the way they treated my father. They honestly should get there act together here. It's pretty deplorable with how this place treats some people"

"I fell yesterday from a 12 foot ladder is all in drywall and landed on my arm and it was killing me. I couldn’t feel my arm so I went to the ER. They took x-rays after two hours waiting and they took me to a room where there is only a chair to sit down, not lay down and relax, and they never provided any cure for the pain and they told me it’s going to be another 6-8 before the doctor can come see me while I been awake since 5 AM and working all day and fell off the ladder with no medication provided for the pain while by waiting and not even a bed to lay down and rest while waiting but first thing to come and take your payment information and sign off on it and then they tell you can leave if you don’t want to wait for the doctor it will take 6 to 8 hours because there is only one doctor and. 12 patient ahead of you waiting on an emergency time I went to the ER to get the results taken care of not to sit down in the chair and wait for 10 hours the morning to be seen where is the three hours and nothing got done and I’m still in pain with a broken arm possibility"
