"This place is trash, and they pulled out of the contract that they made with me because they are too busy! They lie to you!"

"They're generally a good store with great and helpful employees. Although it's kind of weird because after getting to the store you sit at a computer and you fill out the application to figure out how much Aaron's approves you for. The actual lease is an on-computer form with electronic signatures. That's all fine. It just felt like the employees is being there was a waste of resources."

"I have never had a bad experience with Aaron's, and this experience was great just like always. I ordered a mattress set and had it delivered. The employees I dealt with at the store were very nice and helpful, and so were the delivery men. The delivery men Adam and Corey were polite and fast. When Adam arrived at my home he introduced himself and waited a safe distance from my door until he was invited in, he professionally and nicely asked me where I wanted my mattress and gave me a run down of how they would set it up which I appreciated They assembled the bed and had us make sure it was exactly where we wanted it before leaving. The great workers at Aaron's is what always keeps me coming back!!"

"I’ve been a customer since 2006 and I have always received excellent service. Yesterday I had a stove delivered and Mitch and Kreg were very respectful and courteous. My new account manager Nathan was very respectful and when I called him Monday to tell him I needed a new stove he had one out to me Wednesday along with all the paperwork and everything. I didn’t even have to leave my house. Thank you Scot for years of providing an outstanding team of professional, respectful and courteous employees."
