Reviews
"We really like this UPS store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always prompt in serving customers even during holidays and rush hour."
"It was simple and quick. There was a line but it was handled well. The staff person was very friendly. Better than FedEx."
"Honestly, the worst UPS location ever! The staff hasn't been trained well. Rude supervisors. Moreover the manager isn't responsive at all. Please save yourself and go to some other UPS especially if this is pertaining to an international transfer"
"Horrible! They packaged an empty box! and told me they would file a claim for me… over 45 days later no response. Come to find out they never did an actual claim!! They only looked at cameras. Now it’s beyond 60 days and no way to file a claim online. The package was received empty."
"The recent staff are just soo bad! No one provides accurate information. They told us they could ship our package which contained tablets. We had a hint of not being able to mail tablets from our personal research; however when we thought to confirm with the staff they said they could mail it. However, our package was returned to us 2 months later and they wouldn't give us our refund back. When we went to the USPS and let them know of this; the USPS clearly mentioned that the UPS manager there should have known the rules and shouldn't have mailed it to them in the first place!"
