"This place has really gone down hill. Its dirty and the workers were handling food with no gloves. The chicken in the picture looks sliced and delicious, but the chicken I received was flavorless and extremely dry, nonedible dry. The brisket lacked flavor as well. We sat here wondering how they stay in business. We definitely won't be going back!"

"Not sure what happened. I order from Dickeys all the time and the chicken was great! It must be under new management because the chicken was terrible this time around. Didn't taste smoked at all and had some different seasoning on it plus the biscuits was replaced with bread. I like the bread but the chicken was dry and didn't taste smoked at all."

"Been coming here for years and like most places post-pandemic it just seems to not have recovered. I always get the chicken but the past few visits the chicken has been terrible. Its way overcooked and an awful experience to eat. I get in earlier around 11:30ish so I assume I'm getting leftovers from the previous day that have been sitting under the heater all night. Completely unacceptable to think that that meat can be served to a customer and at $20 a plate without a drink. Sides are fine and staff is friendly enough. But if a BBQ places meat isn't appetizing it's not going to be long before people just stop coming all together. If I do return I will make it a point to staff to pull fresh chicken, though it should not be on the customer to do so."

"This place was amazing, never been before but my first experience was excellent. The customer service was really good everybody was friendly, the food was even better everything was super tasty and cooked very well. Prices were very reasonable, the store was superbly clean. I will most definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know."

"The Best BBQ I've had in a while. Very surprised with how tasty it was. I had the Baker with meat and it was the most flavorful and nicely put together. The brisket mac with decent and the brisket chili was delicious also. The smoke flavor on the meat is sooo good!!!"
