"Hello, I have some questions. The service at your stores is actually very good, but I want to know why if you sell exotic animals, why don't you have a veterinarian available 24/7? For those of us who have exotic animals, it is difficult to see how our animals get sick on a weekend. It is impossible to find an exotic animal veterinarian in the early hours of the morning. they should Not only sell exotic animals, but they also should have the facility for an exotic animal to save them in case of something of life or death. They feel pain and it is very painful to see how they die or one has to put them to sleep because it is the only way out when you can be saved by medical attention thank you very much."
"I usually have a great shopping and grooming experience, but I recently took my pup for the Paws and Claus event and had a bad experience. The guy playing santa wasn't too engaged with my pup and looked bored and seemed to be in a bad mood. The other staff was so friendly except the main guy. Please find a better Santa who actually wants to have fun and take pics with cute pups. That'd be the greatest job in my opinion. I wasn't very impressed with this Grinch and will do my own photoshoot at home."
