They thanked me and kindly let me know that this is an issue they've been battling for over a year now. It's not right that their ratings have suffered because of this. First of all it’s more like a cute boutique with candles, a great selection of cards and perfect gift items (many from local artists)- it’s way more than just a bland mail drop off. Super friendly staff were upbeat and service oriented. The kind of neighborhood place where they would know you by your 2nd visit. I used this location for an ID check and everything went very smoothly. Not sure about negative comments from a year ago, I had an excellent experience."
