"I purchased tickets from Monterrey to San Luis Potosi and the only time they had was for 6am in the morning. I got to the station around 5am and waited over 2 hours for the bus. I was constantly annoying the station workers by asking if the bus that just arrived was for me. They said it was late and I had to wait. Fortunately, I met someone who spoke English and she mentioned that the bus that I was waiting for was coming from Texas and there was a chance I could be waiting possibly 5 hours due to delays because of border crossing delays. I saw another bus that was going to San Luis Potosi but the workers told me I couldn't take it. A kind employee was nice enough to tell me that he could help me change the ticket which he did. I ended up paying an additional 200 pesos to change the tickets and was able to make it to my destination. The worst experience ever."
