"Church’s has EXCELLENT chicken cooking process. Like McDonalds fries, I can always count on the taste/quality to be great. BUT, this location needs a rework. Staff is not RUDE, but they are FAR from friendly. Since they almost always get the order wrong, I now check my bags before I leave which visibly annoys them and the times that corrections are needed, they quietly speak among themselves and THEN they correct orders"

"Tried calling for over an hour. Never answered, just busy. Drove the 12 miles only to find they do not sell the advertised family deal for $20. Bait and switch to a more expensive item or one with less pieces. Definitely will not return."
