"I placed an order and, of course I WAS CHARGED... then I receive a call from one of the team members telling me they were " not going to be able to bring my pizza because they were too busy" WOW!!! That's what all businesses want, to have a lot of customers. I had to call back and demand a refund, because it was still showing as a charge in my bank account. Employees also need to learn how to treat customers with respect, we ( customers) are not their friends or speak their "slang" They REALLY need an intensive course in SOFT SKILLS!!! If they don't know how to decently speak to the customers, I can't imagine how their HYGIENE habits are."
