"It was 6:20 when I walked in, door unlocked, and a gentleman along with his manager proceeded to tell me that they were closed and everything was shut down. Working in retail myself... you were not allowed to shut everything down before closing much less turn away a customer while your doors are still unlocked. Honestly, I was only making a return. I had my package packed and ready along with my return label pulled up. I was prepared and did not plan to be a difficult customer. I am the type of person that wouldn't complain when my food comes out wrong, so when this happens it's super off putting to be treated as if I'm a burden when it wouldn't have taken all but 2 minutes to take my package, scan my phone and print a receipt with a return label. Everything is automated and you were literally just standing there (associate) and sitting down (manager) - who then Said as if I couldn't hear them "you need to lock that door" when I walked out."
"Dropped off an overnight package which was never received at the destination when I called to inquire Nagia picked up the phone while she was wrapping something and could not hear me when I asked her to stop wrapping so we could hear she got quite belligerent and told me she would not stop what she was doing. I asked to speak with her manager she said she was on vacation. I will be calling miss Miriam her manager on Tuesday to get resolution to my missing package in the mean time I would highly recommend using another location. The turnover at this store is quite high and the caliber of workers they hire speaks for itself."
"The young lady that helped me almost towards closing time was absolutely amazing! People these days feel so entitled and I feel grateful to have great, friendly and helpful people still on this earth. I hope this young lady finds this review and so does her bosses. This young lady was simply incredible with her service! Thank you once again!"
