"Kim and her team are terrific. One of the greatest challenges any dog groomer has is satisfying the needs of dog owners who don’t know what they want. We adopted what we believe is a Husky-Terrier mix. We had looked on youtube and online in terms of trying to determine what breeds our dog was. Our new found family member had probably never been groomed. Kim listened and asked questions. We still did not give Kim a great deal of guidance. We returned several hours later not knowing what to expect. OMG… Kim’s grooming success was so far beyond our most optimistic expectations, we will be clients for life. If you are seeking a “world class” groomer with reasonable pricing try her services once and you will be “sold” on the quality of her services. We immediately made an appointment for Kim to groom our other dog."

"Took my puppy here to get groomed we picked her up and she seemed okay at first, just excited to leave but as soon as we got home and set her down we noticed she was limping and it hurt her to walk. It’s been about 20 days now and she still has a limp & cries in her sleep if she moves a certain way but she tends to whimper all throughout the night. We still haven’t been able to find the cause for her pain. The owner seemed genuine when we met her and we had no worries dropping her off it just hurts me to see my puppy limping when she walks and crying because it hurts her given the fact we payed $60 only for this to happen. We called to see if they would have any answers but all the owner said was that they fired the individual who groomed her but with no explanation as to why. We are going to take her to the vet since she doesn’t seem to be getting better at all so we can find out what’s the reason for her hurt. I just wish we knew what happened to her at this groomers so we would know how to help her but I suppose the vet will be our last option. She is a mini poodle puppy full of happy energy, she did not deserve this:("
