"Streetside needs MAJOR improvement. My orders are constantly wrong, or I am always missing something. Waited 20 minutes today (no other cars were in the pick-up area, and I check-in before I head to the store so I'm not sure why it takes so long.) My order was also wrong today. Do not recommend this MarketStreet."

"Bakery has gone to hell. Went in to order a basic cake lady didn’t even pull out the order form til I ask her too. Then she and some other lady like we are book full we ain’t doing no more orders. Just needed a basic sheet cake with a horse on it and happy birthday nothing to complicated or time consuming. Need better employees in that area."

"A great grocery store to do your shopping! Where I live, the grocery store closest to me doesn’t carry roast chuck so I made a special trip to buy that meat at Market Street in Midland, 160 miles away from Alpine! And I will grocery shop there for some necessities; especially, if Lowe’s doesn’t carry some of these items!"

"Market Street deli, I picked the salmon and I specifically asked for a double sid eof veggies because I'm on a special diet for medical reasons. I feel like he put one side of veggies and just spreader them out as 2 sides because the serving of veggies was super small for a double serving. And unfortunately the salmon was overcooked and dry. Disappointed"

"I usually love shopping at Market Street. I live closer to an HEB but still prefer going to market street. I often use the street side option as it works best with my work schedule and kids schedule. Today I did my usual order at 3 pm for pickup at 6 pm. At 530 I was on my way to the store and happened to check my email because I hadn’t gotten any texts about my order as I usually do. As I’m pulling up to the store I notice I had an email from 415 stating my order was cancelled. No explanation. I call the store and get transferred to street side to see why my order was cancelled and all the guy can tell me is they were too busy so they were told by management to cancel my order. I explained how frustrating it was that my order was cancelled but what made it even worse was nobody calling to inform me. If I would have known it was canceled I would have made different plans for dinner and planned a grocery store trip before having to get my kids from school. The lack of communication and lack of empathy is so frustrating."
