"I'm tired of paying for cuts that aren't what I ask for. If you're not needing a cut they're great. All three times they have cut the tail on my girl despite written instructions "do not touch tail". If you have any expectations, look elsewhere. Plus, this last time the cut looks really bad and choppy. I'll be finding a new place to take both dogs, because it's not worth my time to go to two different groomers."
"New to area, wasn’t sure what to expect. My fur-baby was treated like he was their dog. This is the best place you can imagine. They get to play, bones with the amazing experts and are cut, cleaned and ready to go when you arrive."

"I've taken my dog here 3 times now and he always comes back looking and smelling great and the price is really good. But EVERYTIME I bring him home he has clipper burn (the clippers got too hot while they were shaving him and burned his skin) around his privates and the next day his skin is red, swollen and sore. I've told them twice now to please be careful but after this time I won't be taking him back. He has a permanent scar now."
