"This ups store needs to change the personal, I drop a headlights on 2 different boxes because they came like that from Amazon and the new boy told me I need to speak to Amazon so they can give another ticket and I told him why I have to do that if they came like that just wrapped with tape, and this guy game me the tape and told me here is the tape you can wrapped your self, I was like really? Suppose to be the ups associated has to do that not the customers. I can't believe this guy if he don't want to work he should find another job that fit he's needs, but not on taking care customers because he's not good at all on that"

"Requested for a pick up for 2 packages. I was told that all I had to do is make the request and simply show my ID when the items were ready for pick up. Went to the location and was told that I had to pay five dollars per package for a pick up request. Demanded to speak to a manager, service representative were rude and did not let me speak with them but instead they “talked to a manager” for me. Ended up paying five dollars for each package. I was absolutely lied at and was misinformed that I had to pay additional fees for a pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. Update: I contacted the UPS customer service team as stated in their response. The customer service was absolutely horrible and did not rectify the situation at all. Will not be using UPS anymore for shipments."
