"I am getting scared this place is a scam. I submitted for a title transfer and car registration over two months ago and they are giving me the run around. They blame on the tax office and I don't believe them. Its ridiculous. Never going back again. Plus I found out it costs less at the DMV. Naomi was going to over charge us a little over $250.00. We do not recommend..I called and spoke with her she was very unprofessional. I am a new resident to TX and was told that using this facility would be faster than going to the courts. I was trying to get information about requirements and was not able to get a word in edgewise. She spoke over me and was very defensive when all I needed was an answer. Would not recommend this place"
