"I had an item I needed to return to Amazon. UPS came by to pick it up, but rather than making any attempt to contact us, just left a tag on the door saying they had made one attempt and I would need to take it to a UPS drop off location. They directed me to their website and this CVS was the closest UPS drop off location. The box was approximately 20" square. I made a special trip to CVS and when I brought the box in, CVS quickly informed me that they do not accept oversized packages. Why did UPS send me here? Do not bring UPS packages to this location! I got very lucky because a UPS driver pulled up outside and I asked if he would take the package and he said sure, we'll take any size package. CVS is a monopolistic company that needs to be put to an end. Target had an awesome pharmacy until CVS took that over."
"Horrible experience with passport pictures. I asked for a digital format and they printed them for 18 dollars saying the digital file would come to my email. The file never came. I had a useless call where they told me there's a way to track the picture file on their website with the code, which is false because there's no portal to do that. I visited them again asking to transfer the file of my pictures onto my computer, but the manager treated me so disrespectfully and disdainfully. He couldn't absolutely do it, even though he had the sd card with the file. It was a one-second job and would have made a customer happy, but that guy doesn't know a thing about customer service. He kept telling me to go to the post office to get my state id. Apparently, he doesn't even know the difference between a state id and a passport, and kept ignoring my need for digital pictures. Also, after he ignored my request and spouted his silly advices, I said something on the lines:" so you're suggesting me to...". He got ridiculous saying he wasn't implying nor suggesting anything. Dude, i'm not a judge, and we're not in court, I'm not going to sue you if you state something wrong. I ended up finding that passport pictures are returnable, and i returned them at the CVS in Moline. I went to the Walgreens in Moline where a guy who was about 20 was super kind, took my pictures, and gave me a usb key with them on it for only 8 dollars. Don't waste your time here, especially with passport pictures. They're also so slow serving people. I'm just so surprised by the ignorance, scorn, and lack of customer service skills of the manager (afro-american dude in his 40s). He got clearly beaten by a guy half of his age."
"I love my neighborhood CVS. They are always helpful and very kind!"
"I had a great experience. The pharmacist was very helpful. I would recommend from my experience here."
"Tonight, I went with my wife to get her covid booster shot. The pharmacist was a true professional. We were barely at the counter and she was already asking if she could help my wife. Once signed in, my wife received her vaccine within minutes from one of the friendliest pharmacists I have seen. It's rare to receive such prompt friendly and knowledgeable service."
