"Can always find what I need and more I love it.new management I don't know but it's clean"
"Maybe it’s just my luck, but they’re always out of stock on things I need"
"In the past, I've had more negative experiences than positive at this location, with both staff and just the store in general. Since the remodel, it seems they have also completely cleaned house; store and staff alike. Aesthetically- the store is much brighter, feels more organized, and is generally easier to navigate with wider aisles and a much less claustrophobic/chaotic feeling overall. The newly hired staff, however, feels hit or miss. At least 2 of the new employees are effectively useless for answering questions, finding products, and even ringing you up in an efficient manner. I've repeatedly asked for items not to be bagged, employee makes eye contact, and bags items. I've been moved to a different register and literally stood there waiting to be rung up as the employee continued ringing up people BEHIND me in line at the original register until a lovely woman spoke up when I was a bit too anxious to speak up for myself and said "No, it's her turn. She's been waiting much longer." Employee huffed and puffed and eventually had me put everything BACK into my cart and come back down to him?! Like, uh, okay. If my husband or teenage son goes in, I swear it feels like 3 employees are 4 feet away at all times, even with leaving bookbags up front by the register. Honestly, it gets exhausting sometimes. I get that theft is high right now, but neither of them have EVER stolen, nor been even accused, but gd if they still don't pace at the end of the aisles staring quite obviously at them. Maybe one day they'll realize that while they're fixated on them, the real thieves are probably an aisle over robbing them blind. New management seems decent. The guy has a dry sense of humor, but I appreciate it, and he seems fair and good at his job. I do miss some of the old, helpful people who were there, but I will give the store itself another chance solely due to convenience. I hope the 2 employees I've encountered are the exception for hiring, not the rule."
"It has got to be The filthiest dirtiest yes unclean place I've ever been in The store stuff is just everywhere nothing's anywhere put away i'll's full of disgarbage doorway doorway looks like it hasn't been swept or cleaned or mopped and years I would recommend closing the place and fire in everyone there the lthey're lazy and they are not doing their job Overall place is very gross"
"I shopped to get my monthly supplies and was met at the door by the manager who I have come to know well and gave a compliment about a new employee that helped me last weekend. Another new employee helped me to find an item and also with checking out with a debit card with a chip. There was a third employee busy putting items on the shelfs. Overall it was a very good experience with quick shopping and checking out. I will definitely come back."
