"How you open 24 hours but closed @ 1034pm Superbowl Sunday? This whole business is a waste of time!!!!!!!"
"09-28-2022 at 3:35 AM the first time shopping at that store the lady was so rude. Giving her $100 bills and she has no change and try to use bank card she ask me to tell her my PIN number . For my privacy I can’t tell her my number than I asked can you do as a credit card? Than she brought my card back and yelling at me to go shop at another store. That was a beautiful morning. Store need to be change some ideas I guess"
"How many Ids does it take to purchase white claws? I demand better laws for white claws. Its unfortunate that circle K practices such unamerican ID policies. I understand we gave you a higher minimum wage and I can understand how that much of a pay increase could lead you to believe that you have also been awarded a higher power of authority than what has been written in the law. I'm not sure who's life shes trying to save but it is unamerican for a convenient store to inconvenience the hardworking citizens of this fine Rock Island community whom were just trying to get their summer boating fun on with adult beverages. This particular day we went to the cooler and picked out 2 packs of flavored seltzer and brought them to the cashier. Maybe she thought that having 7 flavors was too much fun to be had and needed to be stopped right away so she requested the IDs of the whole party and refused the sale when my friend couldn't produce an ID. Now I understand the concern of my contributing to a minor however if I go in there with my 6 year old and lil johnny ain't got his ID and momma dont get her chill juice then you owe lil Johnny an apology for not getting that extra hour to play fort nite cause when momma isnt chilling then mommas drinking habit causes chilling. The employees need reinforcement training to understand their true responsibility and the reasonable required effort needed to satisfy the law regarding properly carding a purchaser of alcohol. Common sense plays a role in these tough moments where they must make decisions. However, I sensed something a little more cynical going on when the cashier smiled with delight as she took the product back. As tickled as she was to inconvenience my party and I we happend to be in an area where we had 3 other choices to purchase our fun cans from. We hopped over to seven eleven where as I went to hand my ID to the cashier she waved me off as if it wasnt needed. Maybe she felt bad I had to chisel my own ice or the sun hit me better through the windows exposing my late 30s appearance but the 7 eleven employee demonstrated an accurate use of common sense. Life is hard enough; getting joy from inconveniencing someone with a faulty sense of authority is just petty. Unlawful Clawless"
"I truly hate to complain about such a wonderful place. The staff is friendly the store is clean and the parking lot is well lit. The problem is that 30 cent discount card is absolutely worthless at this location. I have to go to the 24th Street location to use my card. So obviously the card works. there is just some kind of technical glitch at the11th Street location and there doesn't seem to be any hurry to get it fixed."
"I frequent this store as it is not far from my home. Cashier Bill has the absolute worst costumer service skills. Typically he isn’t rude to me, but I’ve seen him first hand be unacceptable to many others on multiple occasions. I always try to go out of my way to be nice - but the last few experiences have left such a bad feeling that I will not shop there with him. Another gas station is right across the street and they can have my business. He is consistently is a bad mood and always has a sour face but is down right horrible to people. I feel really sorry for the people who have to work with him."
