"Update: Scott the manager is very rude and not helpful. His workers stole my package and he told me this happens all the time and all he couldnt do anything. The camera only go back 3 daya is what he told me. He yelled at me many time . ----------- They stole my package and lied for a whole week just to say it was lost. How the package get lost but was scanned in at the store and the driver never scanned it onto the truck when picking it up. How low can yall be to steal from customs."
"I dropped my package off on 12/28 with an estimated delivery date of 12/29 . The package was scanned in by the store staff. After several days of checking the tracking I noticed the package wasn't moving. I called the store where I dropped the package off to get clarification due to showing it was still at the store. (835 E Lamar Blvd, Arlington, TX 76011) The first 2 calls I made to the store I was rudely talked to and advised to call ups customer service which I had already called several times. The 3rd time calling the store I was told the package was picked up on 12/29 by the ups driver. Now this is when I began to get fustrated . Either the store staff stole my package or the driver did.(it was a big box by the way). The driver never scanned the package in. I was told theres no cameras on the store or trucks. I filed a claim and waited many days just to be told my package was lost. How can it get lost from the store to the truck. Somebody is kying at this point. I had to submit proof of what was in the package along with how much the package was worth just to still wait to get reimbursed. Ups workers are theives and I hope to see someone with these custom items. I will never use this service to ship out anymore. They're very rude and not helpful at all."
"The service of this store is unfortunate. In reality, I am always taking my items to send them and I have never been treated like this today, unfortunately, a young Asian man treated me very badly. Unfortunately, how can they hire this type of people knowing that they have to give a good service? service the young man told me that what I had asked him was stupid and unfortunately I asked him for his name and he never wanted to give it to me I have a video where I recorded it and I hope the person who sees it can do something about it unfortunately I will never go to this store again ."
"I’ve been going to this UPS store on Lamar in Arlington for years never had an issue. Everyone was always polite. However, today was very different. I had a very bad experience. I purchased some merchandise from Amazon. I downloaded the label and it was to be returned in the original box. I had the original box but one of the guys behind the counter said I needed to purchase another box, When I went to get money to pay for it I was thinking why do I need another box? I went back in a different guy behind the counter told me I didn’t need another box that one was ok and he took it and gave me my receipt. Upon exiting the building the guy that originally told me I needed to pay for a box Came very rudely from the back told me I have to pay for another box even though I had already been given a receipt that I returned the item he made me pay for the box, or it wouldn’t have got sent back. This made me upset I’m assuming he didn’t like I was told the opposite of what he said. I asked him for his name cause that didn’t make any sense why he so badly wanted me to pay he told me he didn’t feel comfortable giving me his name I guess I shouldn’t have lead with I’m calling cooperate cause I felt like that was out of spite he done that and at this point pleasing the customer was no longer a concern."
