"Tried to deposit a check online but decided not too, so I went to the branch and the reason they gave me for putting it on hold was they could not verify funds when there was CLEARLY a number that said "verification" they just simply refused to call it. Thus is the 2nd time this exact situation has happened. The first time I went to the branch on western, they told me they couldn't verify so then I went to Ross and they did it with no issues. So now I have a fun 15 day hold on a 5k check, as soon as this is done we're switching. The app is bad too"
